Not stupid, rather devious and misleading. There's bound to be much more to this as more facts come to light through the State Attorney's investigation of the case. Zimmerman studied law enforcement for four years and had a previous criminal charge overlooked to his benefit. Sounds like dirty cops to me.

The shooter is only 28 yrs old? That's what it says in that article. Is it a misprint, cause I thought he was an older guy.

No, he's actually 28 and apparently a current student studying law enforcement (probably at Seminole State College here in Sanford)...winkwink

During a homicide it standard procedure to test for drugs and alcohol with Mr.Zimmerman neither was done..

Just one more reason that points to the very poor police work done in this case.

Others say reserve judgement wait until we hear all the facts

The facts that have been presented are overwhelming evidence that isnt self-defense.....

To those reserving judgement i say what do you need a VIDEOTAPE like really seriously.....the Facts in this case and actions the police took are just unthinkable.

Still cant Understand why, the homicide victim was drug tested (or how) and not the person who shot him, who was known as an aggressor.
