Winterhaven area apts
I am interviewing with a company that has an office in winterhaven FL. I have looked and it seems most people ask for good apts but are looking for lower rent. I am looking for the a newer apt complex that is in a nice part of town. I would be willing to pay up to $1400 for a place. I just want it newer and nice.
Some things I would like also are.
1. elevator (if I have to live above first floor)
2. newer appliances , induction stoves etc.
3. pet friendly with a nice area to walk outside.
4. close to a upscale dining and shopping.
Also would be willing to talk to a Realtor. But I am on phase 1 of the interview. So haven't made it down face-to-face. But I would like an idea. most rental sites don't list dates apts are built.
Also another thought is renting a home. I just thought renting from an apt would be better idea starting out. Buying a home is off the table. I just got rid of a home. I am not looking to do that headache again.
