Lowe's in Poinciana (Kissimmee, Fern Park, Christmas: new home, construction, businesses)

It's really a go!! Lowe's is starting to build in Poinciana on Pleasant Hill Rd & Poinciana Blvd. That would stop me from going to the Home Depot either in Kissimmee or the new one on OBT /Poinciana Blvd. Smart location for Lowe's.:

Restaurants hmmmmmmmmmmm Who knows, evereything is such a big secret in Poinciana. We could always join the Lowe's employees if they have an outside hot dog stand. A NYPD shop is going in at Cypress Plaza ( is that what it's called?). No, not New York Police Department - New York Pizza & Deli. Never went to one of those, has anyone been there done that?

Do you all know when the new Lowe's is slated to open...am elated that they are coming to Poinciana...more businesses' should follow suit now since that is a biggie for this area..it is just a matter of time and no one will recognize the area a few years down the pike. Will definitely frequent there opposed to driving to the new Home Depot. No brainer...

Can't find any info on projected date for the opening of Loew's. Don't know if you are also aware that a contracted post office is opening up in the new strip of stores on Pleasant Hill Road. It should be open within the next few weeks. Does this mean no more standing out in the rain to mail a package?????? Can't take all this excitement

ok, although i HAPPY that they are building a lowes..But they Could of picked a better spot!!!!..omg the accidents all the time there are traffic bakers uppers ...but look at the good side maybe now the cops can hang out in the lowes parking lot and catch the idiots in their crotch rockets and their cars that sound like someone tighten the rubber band to much !

They are also putting a new Lowe's om 17/92 in Fern Park, where the old K-mart used to be.

We are moving to Poincianna the first week of January from New Jersey. I do not know what date construction began on Loew's but every Loew's in the USA is built from groundbreaking to completion in 90 days. That is their corporate policy. Of course, weather can affect the 90 days.l

Gee, that may make them open just in time for Christmas returns. Wonder how that would affect their instore bottom line? BTW I moved from South Jersey to Poinciana. Welcome
