Does anyone have suggestions for rentals in the Medical City area?

We are looking for a place within 20-30 minutes of Medical City, preferably under $1500 per month. We are in our late 40's and we are looking for a 2/2 or 3/2 pet friendly condo, townhouse or apartment.

Originally we wanted to rent at the Village at Lake Lilly, but the commute is just too long.

Oviedo, Winter Park and Baldwin Park seem to highly recommended, but is the commute to the Medical City area realistically 30 minutes or less?

Northlake Park Apartments is the only complex in the area I have found with positive reviews. Anyone familiar with this apartment complex?

I've found the following on Craig's List - can anyone give me any feedback?

Victoria Pines Condos
Nona Preserve Community
River Ridge Apartment Homes (pre-leasing phase) 9957 Hidden River Drive
East Park Villas - Lake Nona
Reserve At Beachline (mixed reviews)
Crowntree Lakes (mixed reviews)

Thank you in advance for your help.

Given this price you want to pay, I think it is not difficult for you to find something nice. You can look LaVina or East Park. I visited East Park Villa couple times before. It is a nice cur de sac community, very close to East lake. But this community does not have pool and not gated. I think you can rent a 3/2 below 1400 there.
