Probably need more specifics first in able to answer your question. Are you looking for Emelemtary, Middle or High School? Are you interested in amy special magnet school offerings (Theatre, dance, music, medical, business, etc?).

Winter Park, Lake Highland, Longwood, Hunters Creek, Dr Phillips are all good. I believe Winter Park has the only A rated High School in Central Florida.

Lake Highland, Winter Park. The absolute best area to live in in Central Florida. Park Avenue is awesome and Winter Park Village has great shoppes too.

I think the previous poster meant to say that Winter Park is the only A rated school in Orange county. Seminole county, which is the north/east part of Orlando has far superior rated schools than Orange county. There are a number of A rated schools in Seminole county. Lake Highland is a private school costing about $15k/year. Check out greatschools.net for more info.

i've heard university hs is a magnet school, and usually with that comes good students. however i saw the kids that go there and most of them probably speak spanish, and that is also where that puerto-rican kid stabbed and killed the other one over a girl. i wouldnt exactly rush my kids to that school. in fact, my kids would not go there, and i wouldnt live in that area either.
