No real apts in Dr Phillips. I think that's also true of Windermere. You can rent a condo, townhouse or house though. What's your price range

There are apartments here in Windermere. Park Vue, Altis at Lakes of Windermere, Abacco Key. They are also building some new ones called Crestwater. But you can take a look at those that are already standing

The Landmark at Universal is really nice, and within your budget. You could probably get a townhome (or possibly a SFH) at that price, though.

Not true - you can try the Sanctuary at Bay Hill (used to be Park Terrace Apartments).
