There is a chance that I might end up going to Valencia College West Campus in the near future. People I have talked to seems to like Valencia so that is not really my question, but the question that I have is where do alot of students live that goes to that campus? I'd perfer to stay South Orlando area cause of the close proximity to the Airport (work). I want to try to avoid a long commute to work and school, and what is a good cheap area to live that won't cost me an arm and a leg on a Ramp Rats salary?

What kind of budget do you have? Are you willing to have roommates?

The Valencia West Campus is located in a pretty bad area; don't be tempted to rent any of the nearby apartments despite how close they are to the school. I'd guess that most students who go to Valencia still live at home (at least, that was the case with most everyone I met while I went there this past school year). You might want to look over at the Williamsburg area and apartments over by Disney/Lake Buena Vista.

Agreed. That's a rough area. You're near metrowest which is ok in some parts, but to the north is pine hills/rosemont. LBV/Williamsburg is probably not a bad idea. Also try looking at some of the apt complexes off of winter garden vineland rd on the outskirts of windermere.

Hey thanks for the replies! I am familiar with Kirkman Rd, and some of that area. I talked to a friend of mine down there and she will let me room with her for a while, she is down in Kissimmee. I'd perfer not to go to West campus, but my choices are Bellingham, WA; Baltimore, MD; or Orlando. I'd perfer WA, but it is cheaper for me to stay instate a couple of years. My goal is a studio apartment within $500 - $600 range, if possible.
