Is this area okay, near Vignetti Park? House for sale that I might be interested in. Thanks!

This area is kind of hit or miss.....most homes in this area are block homes with either one-car garages or car ports. I think most of them were built in the late 60's. Quality built but not overly pretty. I have friends that live on Nicole and on Lady which are in the general area and have no qualms about visiting them at any given time.
Ocoee is a nice little town that is striving to keep it's independence but it's getting harder all the time with Orlando spreading out quickly. This is an area that you would actually have to go see for yourself. |

I'm going to try to make it out there this weekend. I'm flying standby (airline employee's wife) from Houston, so it'll depend on the flights. I'll try to check it out. Thanks!
