I voted yes because I had a great time there. I have since moved. I arrived $50K in debt, and left with $300K in assets in 7 years. I will always love Orlando.

I'm happy I moved to Orlando (Lake Mary) from PA 8 years ago. I do think people blow it out of proportion about how bad it is. I feel very safe where I live, A rated schools, decent weather, very convenient. I will be going to NC next year for a change, not because I don't like it. I want to be closer to family also. I miss the seasons and I wish it wouldn't stay as hot so long. On the other hand, I'm glad the sun shines alot and we don't have those long dreary, cold days.

I moved to Florida from PA in the 80s. I'd move here all over again!

The poll is a little too black and white for me but I voted yes because even though it's not perfect it has been a good experience. My husband came for an excellent job opportunity so that alone made it a positive move. We actually both have really good jobs and enjoy living in our community. Not enjoying the traffic though. Will we stay in Orlando? Not in my long-range plan.

In my opinion there are tons of better places than "running for the hills" places like NC, SC and TN. Those states places are being over run with people thinking it's the next best thing which in turn will create many of the same problems Florida is experiencing. They'll come... and they'll go...
