Default Rental question

Hi, We REALLY want to move to Orlando. We do not want to buy right away but rent. I have looked on Rental sites and see some awesome condo/townhomes. They rent prices, pictures, etc look too good to be true. My question is are they? 3 bedrooms, 2 baths for $1200 month!!!!!! Please tell me this is correct and that what you see online is as nice as they look.

Are you serious? Also gated communities appear to be common. Does this provide a safer/nicer environment?

Default 1100 no "ghetto" no gated

My house is by far not in a ghetto. Its very nice, quiet, clean, well kept. The only downfall some might think is its about 40% vacation rentals. To me thats ok. Its 3 miles from I4 and 192. Traffic not bad at all. I am very happy here.
