Angry Poinciana - Heart of Florida now wants in?

Hard to believe. Health Management Associates ( owners of Heart of Florida & St. Cloud Regional) now wants to build a 120 bed acute care hospital in Poinciana after blocking Osceola Regional's application by stating there was no need for another hospital. They now want in Just think of what their delay tactics may have caused or will cause. If just one child dies because there is no emergency treatment available that would be the most horrific result. This IMO has been nothing more then a money issue & possibly costing the people of Poinciana some very serious consequences

It's private enterprise at its best. Wouldn't you love to own a business that allows you to limit your competition? That certificate of need just doesn't work
