Am I In A Twilight Zone??? (move, traffic, living)

i am in a confused state at the moment.

i am coming out of mcdonalds, pulling out of the parking lot on avalon pk boulevard, and a girl coming into mcdonalds makes a wide right turn right where i am, (as i am trying to escape the confusion that is the mcdonalds parking lot). well anyways, this girl makes a wide right turn and comes into my lane almost hitting the front of my vehicle. i was nice and wasnt even going to say a thing. well, she starts giving me these looks and starts yelling at me like it was my fault. i couldnt understand a word she was saying, but still. that's not the point. she is yelling at me and mad at me b/c she came into my lane? and she thinks she didnt do anything wrong.

omg i can't believe you did not reverse and pull up onto the curba nd let her on her merry way..YOU A$$!!!!! haha jk...yeah gotta love those people...esp the ones that continuously honk at you when its obvious you cannot safely turn into traffic.... just so they can scoot up and...wait.....idiots.

I love when the light is red and you are coming out of a parking lot trying to turn into the traffic that is waiting at the light and NO ONE, not one darn soul, lets you in!! They pull on top of each other so there is little room to squeeze in and then pretend to look the other way, acting like they don't notice you. Why can't people just leave room where there is an intersection, let others in, imho, I think that traffic would move a lot smooth.

Like Backtofla says, why are you giving tude if you know you are in the wrong. What happened to a little "sorry" and move on!!!

kloud9cutie, i did day something after she started in on me first. not sure she comprehended what i said though. i was like shocked and amazed like "are u serious? you r talking like that to me? YOU almost HIT ME!!! U came into MY lane!!!"

i am still somewhat shocked and annoyed almost 2 hrs later...

yeah i know what you mean! You just keep going back to it in your mind and it still amazes you. I have had a couple incidents where i couldnt get it off my mind cuz i was just in shock at why they gave ME the dirty look or the honk when it was clearly them in the wrong...oye vey.

I read one of your posts and you mentioned you and your wife moved back? Where were you living if you don't mind me asking?

Funny you say that because Sat. night as I was pulling out of a Wendy's parking lot I too was coming up to the parking lot exit, and a car wanted to turn right into the parking lot and instead of using the "in" lane, they decided to make a right turn into the "out" lane where I was and almost hit me head on. I had nowhere to go to get out of their way so I just honked at them, and then they realized what they were doing and this is the best part...instead of the person continuing on their way down the road to make a legal turn-around to come back, they simply put their car in reverse and backed up, in the right lane, in the middle of traffic, so they could get to the entrance. I thought for sure I was going to see an accident. All these cars were swerving into the left lane to avoid ramming into him. That's the second time I've seen someone in the right lane accidentally pass the driveway they want and just stop in the middle of traffic and put it in reverse!! Seriously.

My wife and I feel for you. My favorite driving peeve is when someone just has to pass you, even though the light at the next intersection is red. It's like they have to get there five seconds before you...and for what? To wait at the red light!
