It's about job growth for the year for both Orlando and the rest of the state as well as January numbers comparing both. Once again unavailable jobs factor into the rest of the state also, Orlando isn't any different from the South Florida or Tampa Bay metros for example in that respect. Orlando probably isn't considered avant garde in terms of unadvertised jobs so that's kind of a fail too....So in other words we're making stuff up as usual to gloss over the fact there are discrepancies in numbers and perhaps Orlando's job market isn't so golden and on the rebound as initially asserted?

I think it is very much on the rebound. Not great, but on the rebound. Many of the long term unemployed that I know have found jobs over the past six months. I currently don't know a single person actively looking that hasn't found a job. It might not be ideal, but it's a job.
