Maybe it is because the two different sites are from different time periods. I know that may not sound like a lot of time, But in this recession every day counts.

The Forbes list makes no sense. It has San Antonio, TX as the 6th hardest to get a job. In fact,
it has one of the lowest unemployment rates of million+ cities in the country.
