I have posted on here about things negative and ....i know it's hard to believe for you others but i have also posted positives about the city on alot of threads......but i noticed that most people that tell me and other people that we are being negative happen to be women........

Is it just me or is there a different view on situations in Orlando in men vs. women's eyes?

I am a guy by the way.

I don't think it has anything to do with it....

I'm female....my only problem with the naysayers is this...
And I'm only talking about these instances.....

Yes there is crime in Orlando but that does not mean that Orlando is a ghetto.
Yes there are rude people in Orlando....but it is not the majority.
All of Pine Hills and Rosemont is not a Ghetto.

Look around....every big city has these problems. Orlando is just younger than the other ones.

When any given area is painted with a broad brush it not only isn't true it is of no help to everybody. If asked about a certain part of town stick to the real facts not just some statistics.

For me I think it is a matter of loyalty more than being a women. I grew up here and don't want to think badly about the community I came from.

I am also really tired of the same things over and over - the racism is especially tiresome so please don't start with sexism as well.
