Is the climate comfortable enough to chill at an outdoor patio during summer evenings after sunset from June-September?

If you're comfortable in 85-90 degrees with heavy humidity then yes,I try to stay indoors as much as possible until October.

Yes. As soon as the sun starts to set it cools off a ton just like after a storm.

It depends, after a heavy thunderstorm it can cool down nicely. If it doesn't rain or rains briefly it can be pretty miserable.

After about 9:30 if your patio is screened and there is a breeze, it gets more comfortable.
Sometimes though it is still muggy. Here on the coast it was still 82 last night at midnight to Orlando's 78 according to the news; so it still feels a lot cooler than the 94 of the day temps.

Typically we have thunderstorms, and after those the temperature drops about 20-25 degrees, But last night it didn't rain where I live, but after the sunset it got really nice, But some nights when it doesn't rain it can be quite muggy, and hot like last week.

I'd have to agree with the others. Screened patio is a must in Central Florida during the summer due to the bugs, and its only comfortable after a good thunderstorm.

I evidently live in a different world. Here on the coast after a thunder shower it may cool down about 5 degrees but often it just becomes a steam bath until the sun goes down. Even then if there isn't a breeze it is still hot and muggy a lot of the time. I remember last year in June when we were at sea World using misting fans to make it through the day, we were glad when the thunderstorm came....but at 10:30 that night sitting watching Shamu Rocks it was still miserable and we were still using the misters till we got in the air conditioned cars.

It's OK, you get used to it. I have a balcony and although I don't really mind sitting there in the evening, I wouldn't exactly call it "pleasant". Like others said, it heavily depends on if it rained or not

I often sit outside during the evening on the back porch. I have an overhead fan, but seldom use it. I don't get ate up by the bugs and really enjoy it.
