Regardless of what they say there is no such thing as a good management company. I cannot tell you how delighted I was when I sold my Florida holiday home. It costs you more to rent it out than not too, because of outrageous utility bills, HOA, tax and all the other costs, I jumped for joy when I sold it. I still love coming to Florida, but I can rent a villa for two weeks for the same cost as owning it for a month!
