Lake Mary, Osprey Landing (Longwood, Greenwood: house, subdivision, quiet)

We are thinking about buying a home in Lake Mary, in a neighborhood called "Osprey Landing" (Serenity Place). This neighborhood is located on Lake Mary-Longwood Road, right next to LM Highschool.
Is anybody familiar with that particular neighborhood and has something good or bad to say about it?

It's right around the corner from me. It is very nice in there! Don't know if you have kids, but Lake Mary schools are rated A.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, we do have kids, and were looking for a neighborhood where there are other kids, as well as the LM school district. Our first choice was Lake Mary Woods and the surrounding subdivisions, but we couldn't find the house we wanted.

I love Osprey Landings!!!! The neighborhood is wonderful, Greenwood Lakes and Lake Mary HS is right there (within biking and walking distance) and it is minutes away to target, publix, and it is a super quiet neighborhood. I live about 3 miles from there, and my old house was less than a mile from Osprey.
