Hi there, can anyone give me input on some of the Orlando areas. I'm moving from S. Florida, but am not familiar w/any of the areas. I'm not sure where is the best area to raise my two girls. I'm looking for low crime rate, good schools, nice family community. I'm looking to buy a single family home, but would like to stay in the 240K price range. Any inputs??? Help!!!

You would probably be happiest in Seminole County. You could look into the following areas: Casselberry, Winter Springs, Oviedo (A rated schools), Longwood, Lake Mary and newer parts of Sanford.
With the exception of Casselberry, the 240K will be hard to find, depending on the size property that you are looking for. Also, Casselberry has a lot of traffic. I am partial to the Oviedo/ Winter Springs area. I live in Oviedo and love it here. It's awesome for kids.....very family friendly suburb of Orlando. Hope this helps! |
