I was is Orlando about 2 weeks ago on a house hunt from New York, I want to move out of the city for an obvious reason which is the expenses! While I was there I looked for family houses to lease and found a few now the only problem is that we don't have jobs lined up in FL. However, I work for Armani Exchange and will be approved a transfer but still the pay is insufficient for the kind of houses I'm looking for! My question is that is there any alternate to the Proof of Employment? I'm ready to pay the deposit for upto 3 months without a hassle until we all can find ourselves the employment !

My advice, for what it's worth... First make sure you have your transfer with Armani lined up..I believe there's 4 stores in Orlando at Millenia Mall, Florida Mall, Pointe Orlando, & the Premium Outlets. Then, as so many do, get into a small apartment in a decent enough area and sign at least a 1 year lease so that you can get familiar with the area and solidify yourself with your employer now, or possibly get into something else. It's so easy to do this because there's 100's & 100's of apartments there that can vary from as low as like $500/mth up to $2000/mth, and it's what makes Orlando such a transient city. Then it also gives you time to look into homes & other areas, should you still choose to take that route.

Good luck!
