Default How is the housing market at places like the Villages?

How are the 55+ communities in Florida weathering the housing market these days? Especially those really large communities, like the Villages? Are they overloaded with foreclosures? Is this a really great time to find a bargain, or are there too many on the market (thus hurting the neighborhood). Are these communities still able to provide all the amenities they used to offer?
