Concerned about crime in 32828
for some of you who live in 32828 areas, waterford/stoneybrook/avalon i think we would all agree it's a nice area overall. one concern i have is for the number of break-ins in the area, but even more concern is for the few "strong arm to person robberies" we are having. one is too many, but i check the crime reports for the area every once in while, and although i did know of a couple in the past, i saw that there was another one at 1024 N Avalon Pk Boulevard, which is that shopping center there with the cvs, tiajuana flats, etc...

out in bithlo the advanced auto was robbed 3 times. there was a robbery at gunpoint infront of the walgreens and ive heard of several cars stolen off e colonial. In avalon I heard of a few armed robberies at that plaza with quiznos in it too. Waterford Chase is up the road and its not that good of an area. If I had to give answer to why the crime has boosted its the UCF students and the Avalon Reserve Apartments. I go to Valencia and it seems the students care more about college then partying.

In Avalon, there have been cars stolen out of driveways, strong arm to person activity, and ofcourse, the speeders and red-light runners. Can you belive they have to put up cameras at some of the intersections there? Unreal...

cars are being stolen everywhere. seems like gone in 60 secs all over again. there was a few people robbed in a nieghborhood off 419 where the homes are all over 400,000 per home.

Not suprised unfortunately. They nabbed a guy over there walking around throught the neighborhoods over there. He got caught breaking into homes over there.

there is a spot off avalon where people go and party at night. the trouble makers that live in my neighborhood go there and drink. its a spring
