It tends to start cooling off in December and daytime highs are generally in the 70's or 80's if you are lucky. The colder months are right after that, January and February tend to be the coldest here.

I checked Wikipedia to remind myself since they have a climate and temperature chart. You can look at that or a more viable source to confirm temperatures. It is definitely less muggy than the summer/hurricane season!

Hi you guys!
I come to Orlando every year for vacation. Last February I was there for my honeymoon!! Orlando is great! Theme parks are awesome!!!
Coming again on February 2009!
Don't care about the weather though, cause even it is the coldest time of the year in Orlando, I can say that we can not have enough sun even in Spring in Turkey, Istanbul...

I've just read that " Miami goes a month without murder" (October) and that Tampa's murder rate is fairly low so I hope the same is happening in Orlando.

Let's not be so judgemental until we learn the complete story behind this incident. I want to make it perfectly clear that I am not condoning her behavior, she is an adult placed in a trusted position, she is wrong, and should be punished. However, this is a story of a complete lack of judgement on her part, and it has been happening a lot across the USA, to women who suffer from Bi-Polar Disorder, which is a MENTAL DISORDER involving a chemical imbalance in the brain.

I do not know, if this is the issue here, but I do know that this disorder offuscates the judgement/decision process of the sufferer by creating a cycle where the sufferer will go into two processes: one of depression, called {Unipolar,} and another of {Mania,} called Bi-Polar.

SOME people who suffer from this disorder, when they are in the Mania stage, may become extremely HYPERSEXUAL, making the person lose control, and a total lack of judgment, and since it is a mental disease, the person is unable to judge the reality of the circumstances, in this case being in the presence of a child and engaging in sexual activity.

There seems to be a correlation between the hormonal/menstrual process of women and the Mania stage relating to the Hypersexuality issue, more so than the males, for some unknown reason. If she has no HX of Bi-Polar Disorder, and has a HX of prior sexual abuse with children, then she may be considered a PEDOPHILE, which falls into a very different category. These have been my observations as a mental health professional, working with many women in Emergency Rooms, which seem to suffer from the disease more than men. So..............until we learn all the facts, I will not be so eager to judge her actions, but I will understand the reasoning behind them!
