Seeking opinions about condo/townhouse at Legacy Park for a young 1st time home buyer. In general, but more specifically wondering about likely price stability for future resale or rentability.

She's not looking for a get rich quick flip, just reasonable stability so as not to take a nasty hit if life / job changes mean having to sell or rent it out in say 3-5 years.

Her 1st choices - St. Cloud & Clermont proved a bit too high cost for her budget (taxes, HOA and/or commute, gas)

Thanks in advance for your input!

PS: I've read old posts about it being high tourist area, also found similarly aged data saying it is high owner vs rent occupied. Conflicting info. plus rapidly changing housing market. Hope some of you can fill me in on the current situation.

Unless something has recently changed, it is zoned for short term rental and mostly exactly that. It would not be my first choice. what is the budget?
