My daughter is currently working for Disney World but that is ending soon. She is getting hired as a teacher in a district about 30 miles north. Her boyfriend will still be working for Disney. They are looking for a place to live between the two areas. What are some of the nicer and safest areas to live between these two points that they could be looking at? Both are not originally from Florida so they are not sure of the areas. Thanks!

It would be useful to know what district and area she will teaching. If it's in the Central or Northeast side of the metro, Downtown, College Park and Winter Park would probably work fine for them. If it's in the Northwest side, I would say Winter Garden and Apopka would be good options.

Take a look at a map. 30 miles north of Disney is Altamonte Springs. It would be to live in Clermont and commute to Disney and Altamonte.

Given the budget, Colonialtown or the Milk District might be good options. About halfway for both, safe areas.

I saw 30 min in the subject and 30 miles in the OP. LOL. yeah i think that is reasonable if the other person lives in altamonte.
