Christmas help (Orlando, Casselberry, Longwood: job, community, radio)

If anyone knows of any charities that help families with Christmas in Orlando, Please let me know. I was layed off from my job and just started back part time. I have three children ages 8,9, and 16. Any assistance would be greatly appriciated! Thank you and God Bless!

If you dial 211 from a landline or go to http://www.211communityresources.org/

This is a referral system that helps connect people with churches and organizations that have programs set up to help people in your situation. Its a little late in the season but I am sure there is someone out there to give you a helping hand. Do you have a church that you go to? That is usually the best place to start.

Please think about heading down to your local Department of Children and Families. They have a program set up that can give you some money to help you find a job and also give you food assistance.
