Could someone please tell me some low crime SAFE apartments in Altamonte Springs. We are moving there in a couple months and can not visit first. We are moving from Michigan. I am looking at camden renaissance and would like to know if they are known to be safe or crime ridden. Also would like suggestions on other safe apartments. We need a 2 bedroom $950 month or less. Safety is our prime concern. Also would like suggestions in winter park, winter springs, lake mary areas. Please if you can give me specific apartment names that would be most helpful. Any apartments to stay away from also would be helpful. Our family consists of me, my husband and our son who will be in college most likely seminole state. Thank you

The Altamonte Springs area is fairly safe for the most part though very traffic congested and quite densely populated. If you're okay with that it should be fine. If you would prefer something similarly safe (probably more so) and less congested Lake Mary, would be a great option. Check out the Pebble Creek, Arbor Lakes and Sun Lake apartments.
