Does anyone know anything about the new Del Webb community La Cresta in Davenport Fl.?
Also any info on the Davenport area in general would be helpful. Shopping, medical, crime, etc.
We are also looking at Solavita.

Thanks for the fast reply.

We now live in the Ft. Laud. area and have lived here for 30 years and before that Miami for 22 years. As you can see I have lived in South Fl most of my life. Born On Brooklyn and moved to Fl at the age of 7.

Looking to get out of S. Fl. to a adult golf community. We send our summers in the Mtn's of Colorado. We are very active.

Will take you up on that steak.

Have you ever visited Victoria Gardens in DeLand. I am considering moving there. Of all of the active adult communites, this community has impressed me the moste. Their location is wonderful and they build green homes that can save me a lot of money on my electric bill.
