Question about remodeling...
Do remodeling contractors in FL have to be licensed?
I saw a home for sale on craigslist listed as fully updated. I contacted the lister via email to ask some questions. After sending three emails back and forth, I asked when the house was remodeled and who did the work. Whooooosh......... The lister disappeared. No more emails.

Be careful with Craigslist. Lots of phishing going on there.
