Looking for a gym (Deltona, Altamonte Springs: job, house, costs)

Hi all I'm looking for a place to workout near my job. I work in Maitland, right near the intersection of 436 and 17-92 so Maitland, Casselberry and Altamonte are all within 15 minutes driving distance. I would prefer something without a contract. Someone reccommended Planet Fitness - anyone have any experience with them?

I too am wanting info on gyms. I need to know about the ones in the Sanford, Heathrow, Sorrento, De Bary, Orange City, or Deltona areas. I'm looking for a hardcore muscle house.

I also don't want a contract and I want a bunch of free weights, don't need a basketball court or a pool, etc. I want rock-n-roll playing on the radio and people thrashing their muscles.

Planet fitness is on 436 in Casselberry, They have it where you can buy the membership for $21/month and a friend can go with you at no cost so it is 2 for the price of one. It is a 1 yr term for this rate but they have monthlys available too for more. If you want to cancelt he yr term it costs $58 so even that isn't horrible.
They have many treadmills, elliptical treadmills, bikes, free weights and other machines. they also have 3 tanning beds and showers, no sauna or steam room.

im with planet fitness in lake mary, i believe they have one in altamonte, i pay 10 dollars a month, or i could pay 20 a month for upgraded memebership to include tanning etc so its really nothing as long as u use it

I know there is a La Fitness in Casselberry. I have a friend that goes there......... I am a member of Gold's Gym. I think they have one in Winter Springs.

there's an LA Fitness in walking distance of my job but they want a contract, I was looking for something month-to-month. After researching the $10 at Planet Fitness seems to be the best bet. I'm going to visit the one in Cassselberry on Saturday.

It all depends on what u want, if it's for general fitness, u should try Planet Fitness, is very affordable ($10 or $20 a month), it all depends on the membership type, or if u like to have more options, like classes, sauna, basketball/volleyball court, swimming pool, etc..., try LA Fitness, for about $40 a month, is worth it, if u use all the svcs., I was with them for like 3 yrs., I'm now with Planet Fitness, & is ok, is very clean, they have a location in Casselberry & Altamonte Springs, u should check it out. I like Golds Gym. I never have to wait for a treadmill or elliptical like when I used to go to the YMCA.
