Looking to buy a home...
I'm looking to buy a home in the Sorrento, De Bary, Orange City, or Deltona areas.
I'm having a bit of a problem though. I would like to come up with a price based on the property details and if the seller will accept that price I'll look at the home and decide if I'll take it. You know, kinda' your basic sales transaction. However, I'm having problems finding people who can sell their property without me jumping through a bunch of hoops. Does anyone have a home for sale in one of those areas for $100-$110/sqft, 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, with garage that can talk business? PM me or email me at rich_hotel@yahoo.com.
