Are you sure? Lennar has a pretty long history of bringing in a provider before turning over the HOA to residents. I'd double check before signing on the dotted line.

Default Water Bill - City of Clermont

The monthly bill I get directly from the City of Clermont, 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711 lists the following:

1) Water
2) Sewer
3) Irrigation
4) Garbage
5) Storm water
6) Utility Tax

On the bottom of the bill it states: The City of Clermont Annual Water Quality Report is available on line at http://www.clermontfl.gov/water-repo...ter-report.pdf
