My husband is planning on attending le cordon bleu culinary institute in orlando. Has anyone attended or know anyone who has. I would love to hear any opinions that are out there. Also, how are the neighborhoods around there? Any apartment communities worth looking at?

Like any other for-profit school, don't go in there expecting an executive position immediately after graduation.
It's an expensive school, but it does have some good learning tools. Those who write bad reviews about it are generally those who either did poorly in classes, or went in expecting to be the next Emeril Legasse straight out of there.
The general consensus is that it's a good school.

(I strongly considered going there before landing a job in engineering, as culinary school was my second field of choice. I might still do it after a few years in engineering.)
