hello all,
will move to Orlando in the summer, really hard to know which area in Orlando suitable for us
to buy a house with around $250k, may please help adv ? thank you.

- 3 in my family including a kid of 3 yr old

looking for a house
- 3 or 4 bedrooms , over 2000sf,move in ready
- the house no older than 2005
- not bad school area
- low criminal
- not far from Disney parks and convenient go shopping, restaurants etc.
- the room allowed to rent in case needed

Winter Garden / Windermere areas have top schools. We're looking in same area, also moving there and have a 3 year old!

Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Garden... your budget will be an issue in Dr. Phillips and in the original Windermere, but you could find something in "new" Windermere along 535 or Winter Garden.
