tell me about the quality of life for a non-driving teen in Clermont.
My husband is now considering moving to Clermont vs MIddleburg Fl.
I have 2 teens, neither will be driving, what will their day to day life be like? What do teens do there? What is the predoninate language outside the classrooms? What is the real 411?

Rednecks, puerto ricans and 3 Walmarts within a 5 mile radius. Also lot's of ugly mass produced cookie cutter homes. On the positive side it does have some hills. I wouldn't raise my teen there.
