Just so you know anything due west of the Downtown core up until kirkman is bad and anything around orange blossom trail is also bad.

When I bought my place I scouted the entire area first, I drove by the place a few times during nightime as well. If it looks okay and it something you can afford, then I say go for it. I was kind of skeptical where I bought but in reality it turned out to be a great place, you never know until you really check it out.

The guy selling the house was giving away a $30,000 vehicle as an incentive to buy, so I was wondering why he had to do that in order to sell. Thanks for the advice, I will definitely not buy there!
