Hello everyone!
I've done ICP a little while ago and I'm trying to get back to Disney.
As I mentioned, my goal is to get Guest Relations job at parks or hotel front desk or guest service job.
I'm aware that these positions are very competitive and they only accept internal employees,
so right now the jobs that are available for me to apply are full time call center job at DVC or part-time attraction/QS. (I don't know if it helps but i'm bilingual.)
Does anybody knows which one is the best job (or what's the best way) to transition into Guest relations?
Is it better to have a job that are inside of parks or better to have full-time job?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much!

Yes any job you just need to be an internal employee and be working for at least 6 months, then you can transfer. Not to say that there wont be a waiting list which is possible.

Yup, the OP should be prepared to wait. But any job will do to start off with.

I still don't think it would make a difference. Granted, though, just because you request the transfer doesn't mean you'll get it. So your best bet is to start any kind of employment with Disney.
