Check out the Wekiva Springs area north of SR436 and east of Wekiva Springs Rd. It's in the "A"-rated Seminole County/Lake Brantley school district and about 30 minutes to the 32808 area.

Second Kyle but you can also look in neighboring Altamonte and Maitland as well.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but we've been looking at Altamonte Springs as well. Does anyone know any good rental communities in Altamonte? Budget would be $1,200 for a 2/2 and hoping for walking trails, pool, and W/D in unit.

Thanks in advance for your help guys. OP, apologies if 'm jumping the gun asking this on your thread.

Try looking along Jamestown Rd. Also the communities on 436 heading towards Apopka are nice as well.

I would recommend either of the complexes on Jamestown (Timberlake or The Glades) as well as Douglaston Villas and Townhomes on Douglas Rd (while older, well-kept and in a great location). Bear in mind the SR436 corridor is one of the most traffic-congested in Central Florida and would avoid having to come/go via that daily.

Thanks guys, really appreciate the help. Douglaston Villas look amazing! Have some more research to do before the scouting trip in two weeks.

Since you good folks were so helpful, any rental complex suggestions for Winter Park? I've seen Winter Park village (within budget) but everything else looks out of reach.
