Hunter's Creek seems like a nice middle class area.

I live in Hunters Creek and I get to Disney in less then 15 minutes. I would stay away from 417 and those tolls. Hunters Creek has a lot to offer. Plenty to do here and lots of shopping, including The Loop. If you need more info, let me know.

Thanks Not4longNY. A quick commute is a real perk for me! His commute is currently 40ish minutes and it stinks. I have also been looking at Davenport. Anyone have any experience there? He has another interview tomorrow!

I researched looked closely at Davenport 2 yrs ago when I was planning the move. Bad schools and much of the area the housing is zoned "short term rentals". So those were non-starters for me.

Davenport is very cookie cutter but so transient- schools not the best and far. My family lives in S Clermont 2 mi north of #192 / 27 and schools are good, but kinda dead area for other activities. Even if you move further up 27th its not a bad drive to DW- they have NEVER fixed the expansion connecting the two roads so kinda tight drive there.

I don't like the feel in hunter creek, safety aspect. I used to go there every week for golf which I stopped. Witnessed daylight bikers fight there. Good thing is hunter creek has many activities for children and many shops.
