He has worked in Tangelo Park and now will expand his work into the Parramore area _ good for you! I salute you- he has the right mindset- and plans to pool more of those with so much -they can give generously without batting an eye.

He's a phenomenal asset to our community. I don't agree with everything he does, but this is astounding.

He has made a lot of jobs and improved Orlando for sure. He is a kind person- and understands the game.

I agree with this for the most part.. Rosen has generally been a big philanthropist for Central Florida (in a selective way as in the past he has not always supported all local projects) and that will be his true legacy, it is just unfortunate that he is a less than desirable employer, I personally know many former employees of his company that left due to poor leadership, lack of a firm company culture, and very low retention among its employees. He became rich because he is a smart businessman that knows how to make money and keep money, but this does not always translate to being a good leader in an organization or as an employer for that matter..

As far as his personal enterprises I know nothing of that- but he has many hotels and companies etc. He is the CEO/Pres- the rest is delegated, so what he built is solid- what the underdogs do- will get quirky at all levels in most corporations. One thing I know in my old age- if man( kind) is involved- it is imperfect.
But I still applaud his efforts.

We patronize the restaurants in hotels regularly because of his philanthropy.

That said, Darden also gives back a lot to the Central Florida area. Anytime I have requested a donation for a charity event I am working on, they have never refused a gift card or gift basket or both.
