Default What are the best & affordable places for older, very young at heart people

Thinking about moving from N Metro Atlanta GA, I have lived in Ft Lauderdale many years ago, thank you! Strongly considering the OCALA, Citrus area, but dot want to live in a retiree community- anyone care to share the good,bad and ugly? I will be bringing at least 5 little doggies with me, I know that could be a problem in places like Sugar Mill?? thoughts?

I would have to say the leesburg , Tavares , Eustis area they are really close to Mt dora but not as pricey, Moderator cut: comment
