Tampa To Winter Park (hotel, job, traffic)

Driving up to Winter Park from Tampa tomorrow for a job interview at 10 am. How bad is traffic on I-4 around 8 am or so? Map quest says around 1.5 hours, but not factoring in real life traffic.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm tempted to grab a hotel room and spend the night up there, just in case.
