Any particular interiors (or exteriors), that are worth seeing, just for the sake of seeing them? I have some ideas about places that I'd rank high, but was just curious about what some of your thoughts were.
I'd say at UCF, the Teaching Academy and Engineering 2 (especially the atrium) come to mind as being particularly, although there are a lot of other nice buildings as well. The Recreation and Wellness Center also seem pretty special.

I can tell you that in 1973 the Contemporary Resort felt very "space-age."

Thankfully the resort was renovated a few years ago, Disney has done a fairly good job at keeping it current and "contemporary" despite the aging physical structure.

Osceola County Historic Courthouse
Saint George Orthodox Church
Downtown Baptist Church
First Presbysterian Church of Orlando
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church & School
The Cathedral Church of St. Luke
Orlando Florida Temple - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

You can also drive through some of Winter Park's residential areas to look at many of the luxurious homes, each having their own type of architecture. I would also recommend some of the neighborhoods east of Downtown Orlando & Orange Avenue for some historic homes.
