I Am Wondering If Anyone Knows It There Is Alot Of Crime In The 32828 Zip Code, Alafaya, Waterford Area???

Not really. That is a pretty nice area, IMHO there are a lot of teenagers...

Its the usual crimes. Some cars are stolen, occasional break ins. stuff like that.. Its pretty safe for the most part.

We live in the general area and have had no problems. We are a little off the beaten path, in a newer smaller development and it is very quiet and peaceful here. We love it.

Thanks Alot, Just Wonderin Cause I Know Orlando Is High Crime Area....my Friend Lives On Goldenrod N I Just Doo Not Like It There At Alll!!!! I Was Supposed To Live In Victoria Place Apts On Alafaya...but Had To Cancel The Apt...but Would Still Like To Come Up That Wayn Be Right On Alafaya. Looked At Ashton At Waterford..its Nice, Might Live Alone Thats Y I Ask.....i Dont Want To Be Ain A High Crime Area A Girl By Herself....

Ashton Is very nice, I have a friend that works at the front office, He liked it so much he decided to move in himself, so that says alot.
I live in a community right in that area, and I have had no problems with crime, just alot of teenagers and college students around at times.

32828 is a very large area. In that large of an area you'll have some crime. For the most part, Waterford Lakes area is a very nice place with many communities that don't have any problems.
