Please I need your help,

windermier is much more expensive than winter garden, Tiger woods lived their, expect to pay a premium for a home. winter garder much more affordable housing and nice schools although u would want to check out the school before you move as the districts are crazy.

hello Outlawgator...coming from Naples you might be disappointed in the schools and the amount of crime. I am in the Ocoee area and want to relocate b/c the crime is getting worse. If you are interested in Winter Garden and can afford it there is a wonderful area called Stoneybrook. they have an elementary school that is just wonderful. it is the higher end of Winter garden which is trying to change its image. Windermere is also a nice area and better schools. Hope this answers your questions.

Default Hi Debbie

Hi there, well i am a realtor in the area specialising in Winter Garden and Windermere area and wanted to offer you some help and advice. This is a great area. We love it so much we just bought a home here. We also have a 7yr old daughter who is a princess and attends Whispering oaks elementary which is the school closest to Stoneybrook west. We are very happy with the school. It is only 3/4 yrs old and is already rated very highly. Windermere is beautiful but very expensive. Stoneybrook is nice as its gated and has a golf course but i would recommend a couple of other communities. Where we are we are approx a 5 min drive from Disney's Magic Kingdom. We see the fireworks at night and use our annual tickets most weekends. YES....our daughter thinks she is a princess.

If your interested in seeing the areas i would be happy to show you around. You will have to let me know when you will be here so we can set up a play date and get the disney princess's together...lol

If you need any additional help or info let me know

Nick

Well thank you Nick, and everyone that answered, I made an appointment from last week and I'll be comming to see Stoneybrook West next weekend on the 9-10 of Feb, seems like a nice place and they have a 4br home under construction now that I can reserve for May or June when kids are going to be off the school, so that we can move to the area, I drove by some days ago and we just love it, the new Winter Garden Village is a dream Village, something you will only see on "The Sims game", jeje, and yes maybe we can get together some day for our 2 princesses to meet and play. You can email me if you want to united4loans@Yahoo.com and let me know more if you want about the area, and we can chit chat about how we can meet if I come next weekend, I would love for my daugther to have a little friend that she can get along with and also my daugther is a very happy girl, she loves everyone around her, I am sure yours do too, they have the inocence of their age. Really would love for them to meet and I am sure my daugther is going to assist at the same school, she is going into 2nd grade next August.
Thank you again and hope to meet you soon
Debbie

Default Hi Debbie

Sounds great There is alot to find out about the area and i am very excited for you and your daughter. I would like to show you Independence aswell as that is a great area and would be happy to show you around on Sunday if you are available.

Our daughter will also be going into the 2nd grade next August so they may be in the same class.....how cool.

If there is anything in particular you would like to know you can contact me on 352-978-6824. I would suggest even with buying from a builder if you havent done so engage a realtor as it does offer a great deal of protection for you, besides it doesnt cost you a thing so its a win win situation. Give me a call if i can help in anyway.

FYI, Stoneybrook is beautiful and think you guys will love it, plus depending on which lot you buy you can walk your daughter to school.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Nick

Where exactly is the Stoneybrook area? We are considering a move to the Clermont area, and would like to check out Stoneybrook as well.
