Default oviedo area

im moving my family down to the Orlando area due to a better career opportunity and im curious as to where a decent place to rent a home is? i am workng with a budget of $1000/month max. for rent. we have children in elementary school and really would like to avoid high crime areas. i was thinking oviedo or winter springs but anywhere within that general vicinity. would be great.... any ideas on where a good place to find rentals in that area would be? any help would be greatly appreciated cuz we plan on movin within a month or two.

when i looked on the MLS I didnt see any homes for rent under 1000 except 2 bedroom places. seems most of the 3/2 start at 1200 in Oviedo. Good luck.
