Default How to get Long Term Rentals
Hi,
Can anyone help with any names of long term rental companies in the Orlando/Davenport area of Florida. We have a lovely 3 bed 2 bath pool home near to the I4/US27 junction that we now want to rent out intially for 12 months but possibly for longer but are finding it very difficult to find companies that deal with long term rentals not holiday rentals.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you ever get to rent your villa long term? If so I am considering doing the same. Any words or wisdom appreciated.

All of the real estate companies handle long term rentals. Mickie Blackburn, Century 21. Weichert, etc.
