I was looking for leasing an apartment in "kid friendly" community and accidently discovered Victoria Place Apartments Victoria Place Apartments - Orlando, Florida
which has good tot lot and also an indoor kids play area. (at least as shown in the pic.) The indoor kids play area is making me interested to go for this apartment though its expensive. I read the comments on apartmetns ratings about victoria place and there are lots of negative feedback, but then some people say the negative feedback is written by those who are evicted. can somebody neutral let me know how are those apartments, I know its costly but I am ready to spend few hundred dollars extra if its a fun place for my 4 years old daughter, she need a place where you have a kids play area and she can play outdoor. If you know other communities which has a very good kids play area with swing slides and sea-saw, please let me know, also please let me know if you see any apartments with indoor kids play area. I decided to log on tonight and start helping people NOT LIVE HERE! It is terrible. Recently the plasma t.v.'s were stolen right out of the gym which is attached to the "kid friendly area". The gossip is that they were stolen during the day but who knows! They fired the security guard and don't expect to sleep easy because of the front gate. People park at the front and wait for residents and follow them inside. Kids are constantly drinking in the kid playground as well so think less sand and fun and more broken bottles and cig butts. Please look at other places! I'm stuck in a terrible expensive lease but save yourself while you still can!

Problem with online feedback is that it looks to be negatively biased. If you are NOT happy with a service, you post negative feedback very promptly, but if you are happy, you rarely go online to post a postive feedback.
Though such apartment rating has full of negative comments about good communities, I took a lease in Cypress Lake at waterford, which is just adjacent to Victoria. People wrote so much negative but I thought to give a try. So far, every thing came out pleasant and I am very happying living at Cypress Lakes. I am worried about online feedback system which are so much biased towards negative feedbacks. Neel |

its not true. Victoria Place, Cypress Landings. Waterford Lakes, Avalon Park, UCF, East Orlando.
is a hell hole. cars are stolen from VP everyday. There is a low income housing community right behind you. Its called Sophie BLVD. Be safe. |

I am talking about "Cypress Lakes at Waterford". I have completed a month over here and I live with my family and I do not see any issue. Everything is perfect. Though I read negative feedback about the maintenace staff, I found both leasing and maintenance staff freindly and okay.
