Hello Boy3365. I see people on some of these blogs compare the Orlando Metro area with small cities. That is also like comparing apples and oranges. Growing up in a metro area of 425,000 compared to Orlando metro's 2.4 million is a big difference. Like you stated those individuals have no idea what a real small town is like. I am thankful and grateful for Orlando and everything it has to offer. I have accepted it for what it is and appreciate the city. It is forever changing and growing.

Yeah. I have family that lives in a town where if you want national brands other than Walmart, Dollar General, Burger King, McDonald's, Subway, and those kinds of places, get ready for a 45 minute drive. Then that place is more akin to maybe Ocala or Sanford (a Sanford that is not attached to a larger metro area but IS the metro area). Want more? Drive another hour. THAT's a small town.
