My son is thinking about going to Univ of Central Florida and doing thw work
program at disney any insights out there... Thanks in advance |

If he does it he will have a very long commute(UCF is in East Orlando and Disney is West of Orlando), he'll either have to pay $3 in tolls one way and it still takes 45 minutes to get to Disney from UCF or take 408 to I4 West($1.25 one way) and possible take over an hour to get there.

I have been there going to UCF and working at Disney can be challenging. Be aware if he is going to work for Disney, his work schedule will can vary every week. Since he will have low seniority at Disney, he will be working closing shifts. Try to get a job working at EPCOT, closing is usually at 9:00 and stay away from the Magic Kingdom. Magic Kingdom hours fluctuates, usually closing as late as 1:00 am. Hope this helps.
